1. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving it. Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We may request photos for verification.
Once approved, you will be instructed on how to return the item. Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will issue a refund, replacement, or repair as appropriate.
2. Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than a fault or error, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving it. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item at your own cost.
To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All original accessories and instructions must be included.
- You must securely package the item to prevent damage in transit.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to improper installation or modification.
- Items that have been used, installed, or altered in any way.
- Custom or special-order parts.
4. How to Return an Item
- Contact us to request a return and receive further instructions.
- Ensure the item is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Return the item using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
- Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or replacement accordingly.
